Track your order : Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping details and a tracking number.

Delivery time is between 7 working days from the dispatching day.

RETURNS
We hope that you love your Naked Clothing purchase as much as we do, but if you change your mind you have 14 days to return your goods.
For a full refund or exchange, the items must be returned in perfect and unused conditions, within 14 days from dispatch.

Postage costs on returns and exchanges will no be refunded unless the product(s) is(are) defective. In particular, for an exchange the customer, after shipping back the item(s), has to place a "shipping order" to receive the new exchanged item(s).
Please note that products that have been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

The aim of Filippo Matera ("the Seller") is to ensure the complete satisfaction of the buyer of "Naked Clothing" products available for purchase on the Website (hereinafter referred to respectively as ("Buyer" and "Products"). Buyers who are not satisfied with their purchase order ("Order"), may exercise their right of withdrawal, without penalty, within fourteen (14) days of having receive the Products in the Order. Returned Products must be delivered to the courier indicated by Seller within fourteen (14) days of the date of receipt of the Products in the Order. Products may be returned by the Buyer by shipment via the courier specified by the Seller or by other shippers.
Please note that customized products cannot be returned.
Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal is understood to be exercised correctly if the following conditions are fully respected:
a. an explicit statement of the Buyer's decision to terminate the Contract must be sent by email (filippo@naked-clothing.it) to the Seller within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the Products.
b. the products must not be used, worn, washed or damaged in any way;
c. the products must be returned in their original packaging;
d. the returned products must be delivered to the shipper within fourteen (14) days of the time they are received.
If all the conditions required to proceed with the return are fulfilled, the Seller will refund the full price of the returned products net of
handling and refurbishment costs. These costs are:
- Laundry and ironing: € 15
- Labeling: € 5
- New packaging: € 8
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.
If the Buyer decides to use the courier indicated by the Seller to ship the purchased Products, the Seller will pay for the service provided by the courier and will write off the shipping cost from the total refund.
If the Buyer decides to use a shipper other than the one specified by the Seller, the Buyer will be required to pay the return shipping costs in full.
The Buyer will be contacted if the return cannot be accepted because it does not fulfill the conditions stated in the previous paragraph, in which case, the Products will be returned. If the Buyer refuses this shipment, the Seller reserves the right to withhold the Products and the corresponding purchase price.
Refund time and method
After the Seller has received the return and checked that all the requirements for the return are met, the Buyer will receive a confirmation email accepting the return, or, if the value of the Products returned is found to have diminished, the Buyer will receive an email stating the amount withheld from the refund. Regardless of the method of payment used by the Buyer (e.g. credit/debit card, PayPal), the refund will be made by the Seller in the shortest possible time and in any case within fourteen (14) days of the date on which the return is accepted.
The actual time within which the amount due will be credited or in any case within which the amounts paid by the Buyer to purchase the Products will be returned will depend on the payment method used, as specified below:
purchase by credit/debit card: the refund time depends on the credit/debit card operating company, but is normally within fourteen (14) days.
purchase by PayPal: the refund will be paid into the Buyer's PayPal account and will be immediately visible. Reimbursement to the credit card from the Buyer's PayPal account will depend on the card issuer.
Return procedure and conditions
We would like to ensure that you have the best customer experience while visiting our website and during your shopping, which is why we have made our returns policy even easier and quicker.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item purchased in our store within 14 days of the order date.
Make sure the items are in the same condition you received them in and in their original packaging. Products that belong to the same order must be returned to us at the same time and in one package. In order to avoid incurring extra costs, returns must always be sent from the same country in which the order was received.
Before returning your goods, please read all the Return Conditions carefully.
Instructions for shipping returns
Package the items carefully in the original packaging, if possible, or otherwise use appropriate packaging for the shipment.
We'll check and accept your return within 5 working days of receipt of the parcel and send you an email to confirm the refund.
The refund will always include the price of the items returned and the original shipping costs. For our returns service, you will be charged an amount equal to the order shipping costs (if the shipping was free, the return will be free).
Remember that the refund will be made using the same payment method selected to pay for the original order.
The time it takes for the credit to appear on your account can vary according to the payment methods and the local banking procedures.
For tracking and security reasons, we recommend that you ship returns using the procedure and courier specified below.

Returned Products may be shipped via the courier specified by the Seller. This method will allow the Seller to pay the shipping costs on behalf of the Buyer and track the shipment itself, thus checking where the parcel containing the Ordered Products is at any time. If the Buyer decides to use a shipper other than the one specified by the Seller to return Products, the return shipping costs must be paid by the Buyer, who will be responsible for any loss or damage to the Products during transport.
CUSTOMIZATION
Naked Clothing is happy to offer customized products, from simple alterations to total bespoke products. Customization rules
are applied to all the alterations a customer requests on a product shown into the Naked Clothing website as well as any request on products not shown into the Naked Clothing website. The cost of each alteration is € 20.00 (including VAT).
The customer who requires alteration(s) has to follow the following process:
1. Send an email to filippo@naked-clothing.it describing the wanted alteration(s) and wait for the confirmation email from Naked Clothing staff about the feasibility/possibility to make the alteration(s) 2. Once received the confirmation email, select the desired product and add it to the bag
3. Add to the bag the virtual product "Customization", by clicking here 4. The production time for customized products is 10 working days
5. Please note that customized products cannot be returned
6. In addition, please note that if a customer wants the same nuance (shade) of color on dyed or on stone washed products, he/she must purchase all the products at the same time. Indeed, the dyed and the stone washed process could have a little difference of nuance of color by more or less 5%
7. If a customer purchases 3 or more customized products, Naked Clothing is pleased to offer a 10% discount
